Keto brownie with strawberry and cream topping!!

It’s the same Keto brownie from my previous post but topped with strawberries and cream…was a huge hit in one of my get togethers…

Yummy Keto brownies!!!

The following recipe is totally adapted from a regular microwave brownie recipe!

All purpose flour is replaced by almond flour, castor sugar replaced by stevia powder, milk is replaced by coconut milk and chocolate chips are replaced with Lindt 85% chocolate bits. This was a super success!! Hope you enjoy this….

Recipe

2 eggs

1 cup coconut milk

1/2 cup of butter/oil

1/2 cup unsweetened coco powder

1 cup almond flour

2 tsp baking powder

1/4 the cup of Lindt 85% coco chips( optional)

1/2 cu of stevia powder

  1. Sift all the dry ingredients I.e almond flor, baking powder, coco powder in a mixing bowl.
  2. In another bowl mix all the wet ingredients I.e. eggs, coconut milk, butter/oil with stevia.
  3. Mix it well.
  4. Now add the wet mixture to the dry ingredients and mix well for 3 to 4 minutes.
  5. You can now add the chocolate chips. Pour the mixture in a microwavable dish and cook it in the microwave for about 8 to 10 mins.
  6. Let it cool down for 10 mins. Then cut it into pieces and serve. They came out really soft and melt in mouth brownies!!
